Relationships:
Fulfilling Connections

How to get, hold onto & Enjoy:
love and relationships to yourself & others

Relationships don’t complete you. They complicate you.

Relationship Coaching: What Do You Achieve?

People often think that a relationship to a person (for example a friend, partner, or child) will complete them, and make them feel whole. This is why so many relationships get into trouble. A relationship doesn’t complete you, it complicates you. Only you can complete you. And when you are your own best friend, and truly love and respect yourself, then you can share yourself with another person who has done the same. Then you can just keep loving one another, be each other’s best friend during good and challenging times, share life together, and have tremendous intimacy.

Fulfilling Connections to yourself include:

  • A healthy self love.

  • The capacity to like & take good care of yourself.

  • A sustained trust in yourself; your feelings, thoughts, and actions to keep you safe & fulfilled.

  • A respectful and kind relationship to yourself.

  • Feeling truly proud, valued, worthy, and like a winner.

  • The experience and maintaining of inner peace and fulfillment.
